Hi, my name is April. I'm a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful girls. While I love my kids, they take up a lot of time! But as my husband keeps telling me, if you want to be healthy and fit you have to take time for yourself. This blog is all about how I use home workouts to keep fit and active.

While I do stay at home, I am also a Team Beachbody coach (you know, the P90X company). This company has transformed my husband, kept me slim and tight, and can help you too!

All About April

My name is April Worley. I am happily married to Brent. We have 3 wonderful daughters Brooklyn (10.3.05), Tori (5.7.07) and Savannah (6.9.09). We live in Conway. I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in May 2004. With that degree I am staying home with my daughters. I have a passion for helping others!!  I enjoying seeing people achieve goals in there lives.  I am working 2 home business, Beach Body and BeautiControl.  I am a very outgoing spunky mom who is always on the go.  I love doing things for and with my daughters!  There is always something going on in our house. I am always busy having fun with the girl, cleaning house or doing laundry.  I try my very best to make sure my family never leaves the house naked or stinky!!  But that is the life of a busy mom!!
