Just a little background of this challenge. We had some friends over last week were talking with them about exercise and nutrition. And ways to stay motivated with your game plan so we decided to do a 45 day challenge. It starts today November 1st and our last measurements will be done on December 15th. It is between Brent and I on a team and the other couple on a team. We are doing % of inches lost. The losing team will buy dinner.
I needed this challenge not really to lose weight but to get back into the routine of exercising and eating a little better. I have not exercised since sometime in September. Granted I don’t look horrible but Brent and I have our 10 year anniversary trip coming up in December. So I need to be able to feel good in a bathing suite in December because our trip is a cruise to places that will be warm.
I like to be challenged and am very competitive. So I will push myself to win the challenge. This will help keep me motivated to exercise daily and not snack on all the Halloween candy in our house. I have a schedule of exercise that start today and go through December 15th. I am using different exercises from P90X, Turbo Fire and Brazil Butt Lift.
Each one of these exercise programs will target different areas that I am wanting to tone. I will be updating on these different programs to let you know how the challenge is going. Today was P90X shoulders and arms. As of right now my arms feel like jello.
This is going to be a great 45 days!
Coming off a very busy and fun weekend, it is hard to get my stuff in order. It takes me a couple days to get my stuff together and organized. Oh well, at least I stay home with the girls so it is a little easier to do.
Today I have already done a load of laundry, made all the beds, done breakfast for the girls and just finished exercising. The exercise I did today was Turbo Fire sculpt and core 20. I am not a fan of lifting but I know muscle burns fat so it is a must to do a few days a week. Core 20 on the other hand I absolutely love! You use a band that gives resistance to your core and really works those tummy muscles. I think tomorrow is HIIT 15 of Turbo Fire.
What are you doing to exercise these days? If you don’t have a plan in action I am starting P90X on August 7th. I will have a group for accountability and support through the 90 days. If you would be interested in ordering P90X or if you already have it and want to join me on this journey please let me know.
Hope you have a great day!
We this weekend will be fun!! I am turning 30 on Sunday! I can’t believe that I am going to be 30. I am very excited about being 30. I have a wonderful husband and great daughters. Life right now is really great!!
This is a big year for me overall!! Turning 30 and Brent and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary. For our anniversary we are going on a cruise!! (With no kids)
Speaking of kids, Brooklyn start kindergarten in August. Tori will go back to preschool in September for her last year. Savannah will be starting preschool in September. This is really exciting and a little sad all at the same time. This means I don’t have any babies anymore.
It is getting close to our family beach vacation!! We are leaving July 31 for Gulf Shores, AL. My parents (Paps and Mams) will be going with us this year and the girls are really excited!! I have my packing list done and will start packing in about 2 weeks. The girls love helping make the packing list and the excitement in our house is through the roof when I start packing. With a family of 5 it takes a few days to get everything ready for a week.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
The last few months have been so busy in our house. Not even sure where the time has gone. After completing my 90 days of Turbo Fire I was very impressed with my overall results.
So, I will give my measurements before starting and the end measurements of Turbo Fire.

These may not seem like big changes but I am very impressed with the overall look of my body after completing Turbo Fire. If you are wanting to change your body let me know and I would love to help you find something that would work for you. I love helping others, it is my passion to help others!! Hope you all are having a wonderful summer.
Since the last time I posted here I have completed a full 90 days of Turbo Fire. I will be posting my results and maybe pictures soon. Turbo Fire was awesome!!
On day 1 I thought I would not be able to make it to the end and surely not make it 90 days. But I pushed through that mind set and was able to successfully finish. I was very proud of what all my measurements went down to.
Since completing 90 days of Turbo Fire, I have started a 3 month hybrid of Turbo Fire and Brazil Butt Lift that Brent put together for me. I love the hybrid!! It gives me the challenge of Turbo Fire and the help of getting my butt ready for swim suit weather/beach vacation with Brazil Butt Lift.
Our family is doing great and is ready for the summer! Our family is a beach family and we can’t wait until July 31 when we leave for Gulf Shores!!
Check back in a few days for the results of my 90 days of Turbo Fire.
So today was Core 20, Stretch 40 with Turbo Fire. My core is still burning. It is only 20 minutes but it really works your core. The stretch 40 is more like yoga. When I started doing it, it was not something I enjoyed but it has gotten better. I could barely reach the floor on most of it but now I lay my hand down flat on the floor.
This Saturday I am using Turbo Fire to exercise with a friend. Usually Saturday is my rest day but she has been wanting to exercise with me and that is the only day she could come over. I am excited about her interest in exercising. I hope to be mentoring her soon.
Today, a friend is coming over to have me make a spring wreath for her front door. I love doing wreathes!! They are lots of fun and lets me use my creative side.
Spring break is almost over and we can get back to our normal schedule.
Not sure if I am the only one but when it comes to exercising I have to use/do a program that keeps me motivated and excited about what I am doing. I think when you find the right exercise program for you it is very exciting every day to get up and exercise.
After having Savannah I tried P90X but learned very quickly that it was not for me. Not saying that I was not going to exercise but that I needed to find something I enjoyed doing. So Brent (being a Beach Body Coach) helped me find something that I would enjoy which was Brazil Butt Lift. So I did it for several rounds and got a great body for last summer.
Then I saw Turbo Fire and thought it looked fun and motivating! So he ordered it for me and I started it early this year. So far it has been great!! I am seeing results in the first month! And it keeps me interested in exercising every day.
When looking for an exercise program, look for something that fits what you are wanting to accomplish with your body. Find something that makes you excited every day to be exercising. It may not be the first thing you try and that is ok. Keep looking and I promise you will find something that keeps you motivated to reach your goals and have the body you want.
I have said before, just because you are a mom does not mean you have to have a mom body. You can have children and still have a great looking body.
Now, this week is spring break for the Worley home! That doesn’t mean much this year. If Brent can get off work Friday we are going to take the girls to the Little Rock zoo. If not I will take them to do something fun here in Conway.
It is starting to stay warm in Conway so I am going to be taking on the massive task of switching out heavy winter clothes for spring/summer clothes for 3 girls. This is a 2 to 3 days task in our home.
I can’t believe it is already the end of March. I will be planning Tori’s 4th birthday party in the next few weeks! Where has the time gone. Then not long after Tori’s I will be planning Savannah’s 2nd birthday party. Oh Wow!!
I hope everyone is having a great week!!
Wow, week 4 with Turbo Fire is complete. I made it all 4 weeks!! I only missed 1 or 2 days of scheduled exercise. There were several days that I had to use my inhaler before and after but I was able to get through the exercises.
So as I promised before, I would share my measurements so here are my measurements taken on January 29, 2011.
Chest- 33.25″
Waist- 26.50″
Hips- 38.50″
Left Bicep- 10″
Right Bicep- 10.5″
Left Leg- 18.5″
Right Leg- 19.25″
Weight- 121
Body Fat %- 23.85%
I know these measurements are not bad to start with, but there are some toning things I want to accomplish. I am not concerned with loosing weight but more with toning my over all body.
So here are 4 weeks after starting Turbo Fire. Measurements taken March 2, 2011.
Chest- 33″
Waist- 27″
Hip- 37″
Left Bicep- 10″
Right Bicep- 10.5″
Left Leg- 18.5″
Right Leg- 18.5″
Weight- 120.2
Body Fat %- 22.46%
I am very excited about my right leg going down because last summer my right leg was a pain and it always measured high in my body fat %. So to see it going down already was very encouraging!!
Now, I know that my results will be better the second month because I have started eating cleaner. The first month I was not eating just horrible every day but there were several things that I have changed for the second month. Mainly, eating whole wheat/grain bread and pasta when I do eat those. Making sure I am eating my morning and afternoon snacks. And last is making sure I am eating enough calories a day to actually be burning fat.
I am very excited about starting week 5 with Turbo Fire. This morning was my first day of week 5 and where the exercise was not bad, I did have some breathing issues. I had not used my inhaler before exercising in over 2 weeks so I didn’t use it this morning. And about 40 minutes into exercise my chest got very heavy and was hard to breathe. I should have known to use the inhaler because I coughed throughout the night.
Turbo Fire is fun and is really working for me. If you would be interested in learning if Turbo Fire is for you, just let me know!
For those how know me and know me well know that I have a giving heart. I love helping others in all areas of life. I love seeing people achieve goals for themselves, seeing smiles when helping with the smallest things and love knowing that I helped making a difference in peoples’ lives.
Most of you know that I am a Beach Body Coach. And what this means is I get to help people find exercise programs that fit their fitness levels and desires. Being a coach I can do lots more. I also get to work with people one on one if they would like. I love being able to see people achieve their goals either in their fitness, health or financial. And with Beach Body I can do all 3 of those in one business.
A few weeks ago Brent and I decided we wanted to order an exercise program called Body Gospel. It is a 5 week program that is for people really just starting to exercise. We knew that people who have used the program have gotten great results but since it would not be a program for us we decided to ask a great/dear friend of ours if she would like to commit to us and try out the program. She said yes!!
So on Sunday I met with her and we sat down and went over her goals she wants to reach for her body. We also made sure she had set out some rewards for reaching each goal. I then took her measurements so we can keep track of her progress along the way. I am so excited about helping her!! I know she will get great results if she stays committed!
I am also helping another friend right now with some life things and exercising!! I know this seems minor but it is very rewarding for me! I truly enjoy helping others, I get joy out of seeing others reach goals and achieve what ever they are working towards.
I will be keeping you updated on my friends progress with Body Gospel.
I will also reporting very soon my results from my first 4 weeks with Turbo Fire. Today was my last day in week 4. Week 5 looks a little more challenging.
Also, I have been challenged from Brent which I will talk a little about later. But I am needing some people to sign up a coaches with Beach Body so Brent has to get a tattoo. Details will becoming soon!!
Wow!! The last two weeks have been really busy. Let’s see what all has been going on the last few weeks!!
The big girls finally got to go to preschool on the normal Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9 until noon!! After all the snow we got this winter I honestly didn’t think we would ever had a week where they went to school every day. This momma was ready for the snow to be gone and the girls to be able to continue with preschool normally!
Last Friday Brent and I got to go out to dinner without the girls. We tried a new restaurant here in Conway called ZaZa’s. It was so yummy!! I got the steakhouse salad and shared it with Brent. We also order a pizza and shared it. Pizza is one of Brent’s favorite foods. The pizza was good but it is pizza. But my salad was soooooo good!! If you are every in Conway you should definitely try it out if you like salads and pizza.
After our dinner we got go to Target (one of my favorite stores). We got some things for the girls rooms. And then we ended our date by watching tv on the couch after the girls went to bed.
On President’s day the girls were out of school and my mom and dad (mams and paps) came up and spent the day with us. It is always fun having them spend the day with them. The girls love having Mams and Paps around. We also decided on going to the beach with them this summer. We have found a wonderful condo for the week we are going!!
The other great/exciting thing that we did this week was Brent booked our 10 year anniversary trip. We will be married 10 year in December and we are going on a 5 day cruise!! All by ourselves (NO KIDS)!!
Then today, we signed Brooklyn up to play softball. She is so excited about playing. After signing her up the first question she asked was hey mommy do I catch the ball or kick the ball during softball. At least she knows now that she will not be kicking a ball in softball.
Oh well, it has been a very busy 2 weeks and I hope it slows down just a little. Hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend!! Enjoy your family time and make lots of memories!!
